Our Story

We’re Alyssa and Jordan — parents, athletes, and the couple behind OnDeck. 


Alyssa is a former Division I college soccer player, seven-time state champion, and longtime coach of travel and premier teams across the state. Jordan has spent years playing competitive softball, winning multiple state and world tournaments. 


Between being a player, coach, parent, and now travel partner for Jordan’s leagues and tournaments, Alyssa identified a significant gap in sports events management: too many apps, texts, emails, and last-minute details just to get through one weekend. 


OnDeck was created to simplify tournament travel. It serves as one centralized platform for schedules, communication, weather updates, brackets, hotel accommodations, nearby restaurants, and more — allowing families and coaches to focus less on travel coordination and more on the game.
